45 Credits SPRING

Aims/Description: The library project is undertaken by postgraduate diploma students in place of the research project carried out by Masters students. The project comprises a 7,000 word essay and an oral presentation addressing a research question on a translational oncology subject proposed by the student and agreed with the supervisor. The topic may be topical and/or controversial or may reflect a subject of particular interest to the student. The student will carry out a detailed focussed literature search to enable detailed discussion of the question, showing critical analysis of the literature applying the skills learnt during the literature review module.
