Aims/Description: The unit comprises student specific learning in appropriate laboratory research techniques, instruction in laboratory safety, and practice and feedback in oral presentation skills. Students are expected to attend at least half of the School of Clinical Dentistry Research seminars as well as the University's out of hours safety training. Also, students must keep a log of the research techniques learned during the year.
