Aims/Description: This unit aims to provide detailed understanding of a selected research area in the form of a written report. This is student-specific training, the details of which are to be agreed with the supervisor. Guidance will be given regarding appropriate literature searching (e.g. manual and electronic searches, relevant databases) and the student will learn how to structure this survey and critically assess the available information.
