Aims/Description: Organisations need the ability to use different strategy development methods and disperse strategic thinking through the organisation in order to remain competitive and adaptable. The module covers strategic issues and methods, including strategic decision-making and the nature and source of competitive advantage to explore how leaders can develop strategies to achieve strategic goals within ever changing international markets. The module also explores theoretical and practical concepts to help leaders address these new strategic and organisational demands.
