Aims/Description: This is an individual work based project allowing the learner to demonstrate the ability to research a management issue within an academic framework and within the context of a specific organisation or industry. The topic should be related to the field / discipline of strategic management and/or leadership.

Restrictions on availability: Only available for students who have successfully completed the Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme.
