MGT61100 Developing Personal and Professional Practice 1

Aims/Description: This module will provide learners with a foundation in the professional knowledge and leadership skills needed for leadership practice in their chosen field. During this module, students will learn how to reflect on their own performance, demonstrate professional standards in relation to their behaviour and identify areas for ongoing development.

Restrictions on availability: Only available for students registered on the Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme.
