Aims/Description: This module will enable learners to explore and critically evaluate a range of concepts, theories and models related to developing strategy and people. The skills developed in this module will enable learners to develop an awareness and understanding of approaches to developing organisational strategies that support competitiveness. The module will also allow students to identify and critically examine issues related to people development in a strategic context.

Restrictions on availability: Only available for students registered on the Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme.
