Aims/Description: This module will enable you to develop as a reflective leader and team member equipping you with the knowledge and skills required for leading people and teams. As a result, you will be able to identify the behaviours, values and mind-sets that promote healthy, inclusive and empowering organisational cultures. Through module activities and research-based inputs, you will grow in your self-awareness of your behaviours and their effect on others, both as a leader and as a team member, ultimately leading to an improvement of skills in both areas.

Restrictions on availability: Only available for students registered on the Senior Leader Apprenticeship programme.
