20 Credits SPRING

Aims/Description: This module has been designed to allow learners to use a combination of theory, mapping tools and best practices as approaches to organisational problem or opportunity resolution, continuous improvement and development. As a result of studying this module, learners will view these problems and opportunities as part of a wider dynamic system, comprehending how actions and continuous improvements influence one another as part of a whole system. This in turn allows learners to see how their roles can influence and support other overall concepts, whereby their organisations can start to integrate social and environmental factors in their operations and their interactions with stakeholders.
