Aims/Description: This module will provide you with the building blocks enabling you to lead and manage people. We will explore empowerment and performance management; looking at how to develop performance, build resilience and advance a culture of learning. Practical exercises, self-reflection and group learning activities will explore these concepts through the lens of service development and succession planning.
