15 Credits SPRING

Aims/Description: This module covers the challenging issue of financial management leadership in Not-for-profit and Public Services. Financial management concerns the decisions that organisations make in raising finance and the decisions organisations make in deploying that finance internally. As such the unit will introduce the students to different types and sources of funding available for not-for-profit and public services. Students will also be introduced to the different uses that organisations may make of finance and a range of decision-making tools that are used to select between different uses of available finance.
