Aims/Description: This module introduces the concepts of decision-making. The module will examine collaborative decision-making in the context of challenging and complex environments; stakeholder analysis and working with partners; and understanding organisational cultures and their impact on decision-making. The module will explore academic theory in these areas, utilising a variety of case studies and self-reflection on the learner's organisation.
