Aims/Description: This module will provide you with the opportunity to produce a reflective portfolio which evidences your development throughout the duration of the programme. The reflective portfolio will ask you to reflect on the four taught modules, the Leader Development in Action questionnaire, the mentor process, the assignments, and your working experiences, in order to help you contextualise your insights into how the programme has shaped your views on management and leadership in social work and to talk about your development plans for the future.

Assessment: Between 2000 and 3000 words- -reflective portfolio asking the learners to reflect on a number of questions which show evidence of their learning throughout the programme and its relevance for their social work setting
